It has always required a bit of thought when I have been asked: "Where are you from?" I think that it is something that is becoming more and more common given the diversity and beautiful blending of heritage that is a so common in the world today.

I am Canadian born and mostly bred, with deep Peruvian roots. The Peruvian is present within me in the 100% Peruvian blood that runs through my veins and in the heritage that was given to me by my parents who are proud Peruvians. They knew of no other way to raise their children than the way they themselves had been raised. They also gave me the gift of experiencing Peru first hand at the age of 14 when we moved to Lima for 5 years.

This blend of heritage has fueled my passion for travel and inspired me to learn new languages and to be curious about other cultures. So far I have had the privilege of living in Canada, Peru, USA, France and Brasil, and have visited many others.

I am an observer, thinker and interpreter (given that we all interpret uniquely). I was educated in Photography and find it the easiest and most natural way for me to share with others the way I see the world.

I am also curious in seeing what others see. I enjoy observing images and finding the message and sharing it with the creator and with others. For this reason I am passionate about image production and media in general.

We are surrounded with so many messages on a daily basis, some worth more attention that others. If we are lucky we will be able to distinguish the ones that have been carefully crafted with great creativity. My goal is to be a part of that carefully crafted message and to bring to you something inspirational.

I am currently living in São Paulo, Brazil.
